      1) IDENTIFYING CANDIDATES: Our first step is identifying qualified professionals from several sources. The breadth and depth of our networks make our job-candidate matching process robust and dependable. We recruit employees from various sources including job boards, online networks, and networks like personal and professional referrals.

      2) SHORTLISTING AND SCREENING: After we identify a suitable number of candidates, we then shortlist them based on experience, skills, and the fit of each of our potential candidates. The screening process could involve a face-to-face meeting.

      3)  APPOINTMENT: Appoint of selected candidate at the defined Client with appropriate training and alignment with the backup candidate.

• Immediate replacement of Staff in case of appointed employee leaves the job
• Replacement of other staff with the same skill during additional leaves

     (Other than the customer’s holiday list) .

• Once regular employees start the daily activity at the Customer’s end, PQE will keep one more staff assisting him for some time like weekly 1 or 2 days till he gets familiar with the Job scope as per agreement with the Customer considering that case standby option is needed in future.
